Planning Manager

OBJECTIVES: To manage and optimize logistics operations (Forwarding & 3PL) through system establishment, cost control, personnel coordination, and strategic support for the Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Forwarding Service Support

Cost Management: Performing cost analysis, making quotations, or double- checking quotations.
Operations & Billing: Setting up operations for new clients, defining PICs (Persons in Charge), and providing guidance/handover.
Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and processing the signing of contracts with clients and vendors, including document management.
Team & Process Setup: Setting up or re- organizing teams and establishing working processes.
Vendor & Problem Solving: Advising solutions for operational problems, solving internal disputes, and finding more vendors for bidding.
Operational Support: Double- checking debit notes for clients and trucking vendors, and supporting operational jobs temporarily during manpower shortages.

3PL Service Support

Contract & Documentation: Drafting/reviewing contracts and ensuring payment documents are provided to clients to meet deadlines.
New Business Setup: Setting up manpower, monitoring operations, and submitting approvals for vendor payments.
Analysis & Advisory: Analyzing monthly costs and income, and advising solutions for manpower or operational problems.
Business Development: Surveying new inquiries from clients and supporting the bidding process through cost analysis and quotations.
System Development: Cooperating with 3PL Managers to set up KPI systems for operations and monthly employee evaluation systems.

Assisting the Director

Ad- hoc Tasks: Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Coordination: Arranging meetings with vendors/partners and managing business trip logistics (air tickets, hotels, transportation).

Thorough understanding of warehouse management procedures and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Fluent English (Korean is highly preferred)
Proven experience in Forwarding and 3PL service management, contract negotiation and cost optimization.
Leadership: Capability to set up teams, resolve internal disputes, and manage HR evaluations.
Bachelor&039;s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
