JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations
Working on special projects as assigned by Logistic Assistant Manager
Implementation of procedures and control systems to ensure the smooth flow of logistics processes
Coordinate with Purchasing & Production on material trials
Plans and prepares production schedules for commercial products: Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
Control raw material usage to control costing
Daily report for production data (FG, HFI, % spoilage, shipment)

JOB REQUIREMENT

English communication.
Bachelor/College graduate in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Logistics, Economics or related fields
Proficient in computer use.
Preference for candidates with 2 years of experience in planning role at manufacturing company

Monthly Productivity Bonus: Based on the factory&039;s overall KPI achievement ratio.
Year- End Bonus: 13 month&039;s basic salary plus annual personal KPI bonus (calculated based on actual months worked in the year).
Transportation Allowance: VND 400,000/month or company shuttle service.
