PMC Executive

Monitor the production process until finished products are shipped and handle issues to ensure on- time delivery.
Follow up material availability and coordinate with the purchasing team on material shortages.
Prepare reports on production output and inventory levels, and support improvement actions to reduce defective products and improve production efficiency.
Manage data in the SAP system, ensuring it is always up- to- date, accurate, and timely.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and demand.
Track order status and report production progress to the supervisor.

Proficient in using SAP or other ERP systems.
Familiar with PCBA manufacturing processes and basic BOM structure knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to communicate in Chinese or English.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Graduated from college or above (major in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields is preferred).
Good problem- solving skills and a proactive working attitude.
1–3 years of experience in PMC, Production Planning, or Production Control, preferably in electronic or PCBA manufacturing companies.
