Polyurethane Production Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate the polyurethane production process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.- Manage production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet daily and weekly targets.- Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.- Monitor and optimize machinery performance and production line efficiency.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues.- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.

- Proven experience in polyurethane or chemical manufacturing production supervision.- Strong knowledge of polyurethane materials, production processes, and machinery.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple priorities.- Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities.- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.- Relevant technical or engineering degree/certification is a plus.
