Power Apps Developer (HCM)

Design and manage data using Dataverse or SharePoint Online.
Develop Canvas Apps and Model- driven Apps on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Design complex workflows, multi- level approval processes, and error handling for automated processes.
Build and optimize Power Automate flows for business processes and API integrations.
Integrate systems with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
Experience designing workflow logic and approval processes.
Experience working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
1- 3 years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong understanding of Power Fx, Canvas Apps, and Model- driven Apps.
Nice to Have
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Fluent UI.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD Authentication.
Basic knowledge of XML or SQL Server.
