PR & KOL Supervisor

ROLES:
As a PR & KOL Supervisor, you will be responsible for doing execution and coordinating PR, Media and KOL activities across DAFC brands, ensuring smooth delivery and high- quality execution aligned with luxury standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PR & Media Relations

Develop and deliver press materials, monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
Coordinate with media partners on placements, timelines, deliverables and press requirements.
Execute PR activities based on approved strategies and communication plans.
Support corporate PR initiatives, including corporate media communications

Influencer Relations
· Monitor performance and ensure content quality, compliance and brand safety.
· Execute KOL bookings and coordination for campaigns, events, product launches and seeding activities.
· Manage influencer deliverables, posting schedules, content tracking and reporting.
· Research and shortlist influencers aligned with brand positioning and target audiences.
Others: Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by the Line Manager in line with business needs.

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields
Experience:
· Have an extensive network with media partners, KOLs, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
· At least 3–4 years of experience in media relations, influencer marketing or public relations.
· Experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role is highly preferred.
Skill/ competence:
· Willingness to learn, work hard and work under pressure.
· Hands- on experience working with media, KOLs and stylists.
· Strong negotiation skills and experience securing high- value deals.
· Deep understanding of fashion, luxury and social platforms (Tiktok is preferred)
