Pre-Accommodation Team Leader

Team Management & Technical Oversight:
Manage a team of 10 to 15 workers in charge of pre- accommodation works on the vessel’s superstructure, including:
Oversee the team&039;s work, including fabrication, fitting, and welding for the HVAC system.
Manage the team&039;s fabrication, fitting, and welding for wall panel and ceiling systems.
Direct the team&039;s fabrication, fitting, and welding pinning and support for cladding.

Quality and Progress Monitoring:
Ensure all tasks are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet required quality standards.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine or relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience in:
Welding outfitting or piping management.
People management and work organization.
Carpenter works (Woodwork, light panels work, furniture fabrication).
Experience with the HVAC system.
Insulation (rockwool & cladding).

Skills & Competencies:
Computer knowledge and AutoCAD, Aveva basic knowledge.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Careful mindset, focused on the highest quality standard.
