Pricing and Costing Analysis

Assist in post- job costing analysis to compare estimated vs. actual cost.
In charge of pricing calculation with Sales Director’s review.
Maintain accurate costing records and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and planning departments to gather up- to- date cost data (e.g., raw material cost, machine rates, labour cost).
Calculate all variances of actual cost versus standard cost and identify the reasons behind them.
Acting in the role of costing after receiving a request from Sales.
Review and update costing database regularly (e.g., materials, labour, machine hours).
Prepare analysis for monthly performance review meetings.
Prepare and send cost quotations or costing sheets for internal approval or directly to the Sales team.
Identify cost- saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Study customer specifications (e.g., material type, size, printing method, finishing) to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Good computer skills, specially using Excel.
Having experience in Audit/ Costing at an international company.
Systematic & strong analytical mind.
Cautiousness, honesty, influencing, good inter- personal and communication skills.
Having experience in ERP system setup.
Good command of English.
University graduate in Accounting or Finance.
