PROCESS ENGINEER

Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, work instructions, parameter standards).
Support troubleshooting of equipment, process deviations, and product quality issues.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to ensure stable operations.
Other tasks by superior
Ensure compliance with BRC, BSCI, and internal quality/safety standards.
Train operators and technicians on process standards and best practices.
Monitor and optimize production processes (film blowing, bag making, recycling, extrusion).
Conduct process trials and implement improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

§ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
§ Problem- solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
§ Knowledge of extrusion, film blowing, bag making, and recycling processes.
§ Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems preferred.
§ Familiar with quality systems (BRC, ISO, GMP).
§ Minimum 2- 3 years in Process Engineering or Plastics/Film Manufacturing.
§ Data analysis and report writing.
§ Continuous improvement mindset.
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer)
