Process Engineer Leader

Lead and manage the Process Engineering team to develop, optimize, and stabilize high- speed cable manufacturing processes while ensuring product quality and efficiency.
• Participate in equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and optimization.
• Maintain and update process parameters, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Monitor and analyze process data to improve yield, reduce scrap, and stabilize production.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production to ensure processes meet electrical and mechanical specifications (e.g., impedance, SCD21/SCD11/22, Return Loss).
• Lead and mentor a team of process engineers, assign tasks, and develop technical skills.
• Optimize extrusion, PE fill/shell, wrapping, twisting, and jacketing processes.
• Lead problem- solving activities (8D, DOE) for process and quality issues.
• Oversee new product introduction (NPI) and process qualification (PPAP) activities.
• Provide technical training and guidance for team members and operators.
