Process Engineer PCB

MAIN DUTIES
Process Development & Control

Establish and maintain process control plans and documentation (SOPs, WI, PFMEA, Control Plan).
Support NPI (New Product Introduction)- review customer Gerber/fab data, create routing, and prepare process setup.
Validate new equipment and materials through process capability studies and trial runs.
Develop and define process parameters for PCB manufacturing stages (Drilling, Plating, Etching, Lamination, Solder Mask).

Process Improvement

Lead cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects
Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor key process indicators (yield, scrap, cycle time) and drive improvement actions.

Technical Support

Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production departments to ensure stable operations.
Train operators and technicians on standard procedures and process changes.
Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process- related issues.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all processes meet IPC, ISO, and customer- specific standards.
Participate in internal/external audits and corrective actions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
(No experience is required or having experience working in a factory is an advantage.)

SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, applies to analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English, especially in listening and speaking.
• Hands- on, proactive, and quick- learning working style.
• Proficient in Autocad, Solidwork 3D or other layout, 2D, 3D drawing software.
WORKING TIME
(Monday- Friday & 2 Saturdays of the month)
7H30 A.M– 4H00 P.M
