Procurement And Warehouse Officer

60% Domestic Purchasing and Cost Checking

Create purchasing order, make contract. Manage delivery time to make sure end user receive product on time.
Do the cost comparing analysis of the requested items and propose the alternative plan to ensure the cost saving with better quality.
Source and get new qualified vendors to develop the qualified vendor list for the company. Obtain the quality quotation, do the Comparison with the comprehensive analysis and evaluation to propose the best option.
Receive, verify and execute the Goods/ Services Purchase Request from other Departments,sepcially operation supplies/services such as towels, shower gel, security, etc.

20% Warehouse Management

Maintain warehouse safety standards and comply company procedures.
Execute periodically warehouse stock count and inventory report.
Manage Warehouse, organize and optimize warehouse layout and storage space.

10% Procurement Management

Contract management.
Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with policy, process and procedure.
Evaluate Periodically Vendor performance.
Manage relationships with suppliers.

10% Other tasks as per request of manager and company

Good level of written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Vietnamese, and interpersonal skills.
Have basic knowledge of law & regulation of purchasing transactions and contracting.
Having Purchasing Experience is an advantage. Non- experience is also acceptable
University degree in business.
Good work ethic, with strong values and principles.
