Procurement Specialist

Main responsibilities:
● Select suitable equivalents for electronic components based on technical requirements.
● Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long- term business objectives.
● Monitor and control delivery schedules, quality, completeness, pricing, and related documentation.
● Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services in line with business needs.
● Collaborate cross- functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals.
● Oversee procurement processes for tools, equipment, and consumables from China, Europe, and the USA for production.
● Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best commercial and quality outcomes.
● Prepare and coordinate contracts, manage orders and payments.
● Continuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost- saving opportunities and minimize risks.
● Source and purchase components/products (electronic, enclosure parts, electromechanics, custom elements) according to technical specifications.
● Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value.
