Product Portfolio Strategy
• Own and manage the pork/poultry feed portfolio.
• Lead product lifecycle planning, including launch, upgrade, and phase- out.
• Define product positioning and differentiation strategies.
Market & Customer Insights
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to refine customer segmentation.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and value creation.
Pricing & Profitability
• Partner with Commercial Excellence and Finance BP to align cost and value.
• Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments.
• Provide input into pricing strategies and margin optimization.
Lead Strategy & Solution Design
• Collaborate with Market Insights and Commercial Excellence to refine targeting.
• Design solutions for Feed- only and Feed + Offspring customer segments.
• Define lead generation strategy (target profiles, messaging, campaign objectives).
Cross- functional Collaboration
• Support Marketing Operations in campaign planning and execution.
• Partner with Sales Enablement for product training and tools.
• Work with R&D, Feed Formulation, QA, and Production for product development.
