Product Design Merchandiser

Responsible for the main sketches and drawings of each product.
Explores trends regarding color, materials, products, and consumers.
Work with development & production team to see if the design is feasible.
Works closely with the material sourcing team to gather yardage and trims for new prototypes and costing details to determine final pricing.
Develop innovative designs for the organization.
Sketch out the design spec sheets by Adobe Illustrator.
Works closely with developers to construct each prototype based on their vision.
Participate in meetings to discuss designs and line development, and present and review line and concepts regularly.
Display designs for potential customers and vendors.
Need to learn new things.
Any design- related job assigned by Director.
Make packaging instructions.
Apply for industrial sewing products.
Works closely with the marketing team to create the story.

Artistic ability: Must be able to transform a design from an idea into a physical illustration.
Desire: Must be able to learn and collaborate with other members of the design team.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to travel: Able to travel domestically and internationally.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Creativity: Creativity and innovation, creative thinking.
Communication skills: Considering working in teams, a great communicator is needed.
Computer literacy: Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo- editing software (Photoshop & Illustrator).

Full pay social insurance.

Basic Annual leave: 15 days/ year.
Working time: 70 – 160.
