Product Developer (Furniture)

- Participate in the development of new furniture products from the concept stage to production, ensuring the product is market- appropriate, cost- effective, and production- ready.
- Work with international clients/partners to understand the concept, aesthetic requirements, quality standards, and timeline.
- Propose and coordinate the selection of suitable materials for each product line (wood, veneer, metal, upholstery, concrete, finishing, etc.).
- Collaborate with relevant departments (design, engineering, QC, prototyping, production) to finalize product structure, technical specifications, and material requirements.
- Monitor the prototyping process, evaluate samples, and propose improvements in aesthetics, functionality, durability, and cost.
- Closely monitor product development progress and assist in resolving issues arising during the testing and initial production phases.
- Ensure products meet the quality requirements and standards of export markets (US/EU/UK).
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and market demands to propose ideas and directions for new product development.
