Product Development Manager

- Provide back scene technical advice to teammates
- Product presentations ( PPT, fabric and garment trend boards ) tailored to 8 major key brands on a seasonal base meeting the Design calendar
- FDS
- Analyze all new fabrics and counter source In the most competitive price and quality
- Identify existing woven or knit core products to be developed along with company production strategy for better pricings and lead time
- Offer product innovations
- Maintain Fabric Library
- Work with design in the USA as well as local teammates to develop their product needs
- Collaborate with team leaders to work on product development and sourcing- both woven and knit across all brands
Review new fabric quality against FDS to ensure the thoroughness and accuracy of the fabric information as well as pricings
manage FDS library
- Take on adhocracy projects

- With min. 5years&039; relevant experience in fabric ( Knit, Woven )
- Good Knowledge of all kinds of fabrication such as cotton, linen, lycra, polyester, etc. for US, UK market.
- Initiative, hardworking, planning, and organizing, can work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- University graduate in a related field.
- Occasional trips required.
- Good command of English and sound PC knowledge.

- Immediate availability is highly preferable
