How does your job as Product Development Specialist at Rijk Zwaan Vietnam in Lam Dong look like?
As Product Development Specialist you are part of our sales and product development team, with specific responsibility for building relationships with distributors, dealers, nurseries, key growers... Moreover, you fulfil an essential role in carrying out market research, implementing marketing activities, following complex market dynamics and developments, and initiating new business developments together and in accordance with our Crop Specialist, Client Managers, …
You share knowledge about market developments, product knowledge… and work closely together with the R&D team, Marketing team and Product Development team.
Finally, you will become responsible for several clients in the specific region. This entails the following:
• Carry out and participate in promotional and marketing activities
• Pro- actively contribute to and communicate about the development of the digital services within the subsidiary
• Participate in product development activities and variety selection for your regional market.
• Developing trustworthy relationships with distributors/ dealers/clients
• Take care of communication with relevant stakeholders in your regional market.
