Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ

Team & Product Management
Oversee product development to ensure cost, quality, and manufacturability targets./ Giám sát phát triển sản phẩm đảm bảo mục tiêu chi phí, chất lượng và khả năng sản xuất.
Lead and assign tasks across product development and engineering activities./ Quản lý và phân công công việc trong toàn bộ hoạt động phát triển sản phẩm và kỹ thuật.
Engineering & Production
Ensure production readiness, process stability, and technical accuracy./ Đảm bảo sẵn sàng sản xuất, ổn định quy trình và độ chính xác kỹ thuật.
Lead problem- solving for technical and quality issues./ Dẫn dắt xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật và chất lượng.
System & Compliance
Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and efficiency./ Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục về chi phí, chất lượng và hiệu suất.
Ensure products meet required standards and compliance./ Đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn và compliance.

Solid experience in both design and manufacturing processes./ Có kinh nghiệm cả thiết kế và quy trình sản xuất.
5–10 years of experience in product development and manufacturing./ Có 5–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong phát triển sản phẩm và sản xuất.
Strong leadership and cross- functional coordination skills./ Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và phối hợp liên phòng ban tốt.
