Drive the evolution of internal product processes and frameworks to scale efficiently as the organization grows.
Champion a product- led growth mindset, aligning team priorities with overall business impact.
Continuously assess and optimize the balance between user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Represent the End User vertical in strategic planning sessions, OKR alignment, and performance reviews.
Discovery – Validate opportunities through data, research, and cross- team collaboration.
Champion a mobile- first, user- centric mindset that ensures an intuitive, consistent, and delightful experience across platforms.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering ownership, accountability, and innovation.
Oversee cross- platform feature delivery with a focus on speed, quality, and measurable user impact.
Oversee multiple product areas and guide Product Managers and Product Owners in defining goals, shaping solutions, and delivering impactful outcomes.
Ensure consistent UX/UI design principles, system scalability, and product performance optimization.
Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Data teams to drive acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Monitor key product metrics (conversion, activation, retention, satisfaction) and guide the team in data- driven decision- making.
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the End User experience, grounded in market insights and customer behavior.
Identify new opportunities to enhance the end- to- end user journey — from discovery and onboarding to engagement, conversion, and long- term retention.
Create an environment that values user empathy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Development – Drive Agile delivery, ensuring clarity, quality, and timely execution across teams.
Ideation – Encourage innovative thinking and prioritize initiatives that maximize value for users and the business.
Take full ownership of the End User vertical, driving the overall product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy.
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, and Tech to remove friction and deliver seamless user experiences.
Go- To- Market (GTM) – Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to launch and measure success effectively.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and user satisfaction across all end- user platforms (mobile app, website, internal tools).
Translate strategic business goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable product outcomes.
Promote strong collaboration across Product, Design, Tech, and Business teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Align vertical priorities with company OKRs, business strategy, and cross- functional initiatives.
Design – Partner with Design and Engineering to shape UX flows, define MVP scope, and plan scalable releases.

6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning and scaling consumer- facing or marketplace products, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role guiding Product Owners or cross- functional teams.
Demonstrated success in defining product vision and strategy, building mobile- first user experiences, and leading cross- platform product ecosystems that drive user growth and retention.
Extensive experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), with hands- on use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma to manage product delivery and collaboration.
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with deep expertise in user funnels, engagement metrics, and data- driven decision- making to optimize performance and business outcomes.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared product vision and deliver measurable impact.
Experience in job platforms, B2C products, or digital marketplaces is a significant advantage, particularly in fast- paced, high- growth environments.
