Product Manager (Auto Loan)

Design and develop Auto Loan products and features that are competitive, customer- centric, and aligned with business objectives.
Drive product innovation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline loan processing and customer journey.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Operations, IT) to ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Monitor product performance (disbursement volume, conversion rates, NPL, profit margin) and identify areas for improvement.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and customer experience.
Work with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns, product collaterals, and sales training materials.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
Manage product documentation including policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Experience: 5+ years in product management or development, ideally in Auto Loan or Financial Services
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with auto loan product dynamics, credit processes, and digital lending trends
Skills: Strong product ownership, analytical thinking, stakeholder management
