Responsibilities:
- Monitor key metrics (NRU, Retention, Revenue, ROI, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Define product positioning and craft clear, compelling messaging tailored to target player segments.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify trends, demands, and opportunities for game products.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for each game/brand across all stages: pre- launch → launch → post- launch
- Collaborate with Product/Development teams to understand new features and build effective Go- To- Market (GTM) strategies.
- Gather user and market feedback to provide insights for product improvements and marketing strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure effective product promotion and adoption.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Firebase, BI dashboards, etc.) is a plus.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Product Marketing, Game Marketing, or Brand Management (gaming or tech industry preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute details effectively.
- Solid understanding of online/mobile gaming markets and user behavior.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills (English proficiency is a strong advantage).
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to uncover actionable insights.
