Product Marketing Specialist

Work with relative teams to check out the packing update status and inventory status.
Weekly and Monthly reports.
Support ad- hoc tasks, Customer visit arrangement.
Support HK & China MPM team in product development, New Product/ New Version to meet product launch in regions all over the world (US, EMEA & ANZ).
Work closely with OPD and Shipping teams on order demand, forecast and shipment.
Position Summary & Key Responsibilities
Support teammate to arrange the samples to customer, prototyping, benchmarking, mass production (RTS/SIR) and other types of sampling.
Cooperate with program teams to follow the regulatory upgrade, packaging change program and update the status in tracker document.
Communicate project status between Project teams and customers (ID, Eng’g, Reg. PGP… and PM of all regions).
Follow up with team closely the implementation of new arrangement onto production timely to minimize the material scrapping rate and costs.

Good at English, Nice if capably in Mandarin
Hands- on experience in MS office, ERP system
Personality Strong in communication, Willing to take responsibility, Positive attitude, Work hard and able to accept Challenge
Equip working experience in manufacturing firm.
University graduate
*Working Location: Tan Phu Trung IZ- Cu Chi- HCMC. Shuttle buses from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available.
