Responsibility
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Assist Product Director (1) New product launch scheduling and monitoring based on approved PRM and under the instruction of the Product Director; (2) Make new product launch plan for Product Director’s review and approval; (3) Assist Product Director in communicating the NPI plan (model specifications/features, pre- requisite activities to be done by each team, recommended budget, timing, recommended marketing mix, positioning message, selling point, channel, target, etc…) to all related party for preparation by functions and follow- up the coordination in the NPI process.
• Marketing Intelligence (MI): (1) Market & competitor product related analysis & report by visiting shops and collecting market competition data & information and using GFK data; (2) Make weekly Product and Price mapping by model with a brief comment & recommendation of countermeasure to the Product Director.
• Communication: (1) Provide support to field sales team in all aspects of product line; (2) Conduct product demonstrations to new and existing customers
