Product Marketing Trainee

In charge of ATL & BTL marketing execution, Display & POSM management & Product Training including:
Conduct training, evaluate sessions for internal staff, dealers and make reports to create innovative methods to control and improve effectiveness.
Monitor communication material design & allocation (POSM, display stand…)
Be accountable for product display deployment (display stand, display order, POSM display guideline)
Develop & implement action plans of promotions, events, roadshow, activation, new product launching… to push the sell- out.
Be accountable for deploying product survey to collect the End Users and PS feedback (After launching).
Coordinate with Marketing & Sales team for ATL & BTL marketing strategy (New product launching, PR plan, Digital communication, campaign, …)
Conduct product training for Sales, PSTL, …
All of other related tasks assigned by Head of Product

Education background:
Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/Economics or related major.
Working experience:
Having experience in related position is an advantage.
No working experience is required.
Skills:
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and result oriented.
Others:
Willing to learn and willing to do.
