Evaluate Progress and Make Decisions: Assesses the progress of the product through each iteration, making informed decisions about whether to proceed to the next steps or revisit previous work based on the team’s output and stakeholder feedback.
Billing/Invoicing: Understand and keep track of the project&039;s budget. Work with the finance department to streamline the billing process and improve transparency.
Business Analysis:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Serve as the Voice of the Customer: Acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, gathers feedback, clarifies requirements, and ensures that the team understands customer needs.
Define Product Goals: Develops and communicates clear product goals and vision to the Scrum Team and stakeholders, providing direction and focus for the development process.
Consultant:Act as business analyst for pre- sale work or consultant phase, defining high- level scope and timelines. Provide input to proposals and client presentations.
Maximize Product Value: The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team, ensuring that the product aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
Manage the Product Backlog: They create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the most valuable features and tasks for the development team to work on by breaking down big needs in small and actionable steps.
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent English skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Problem- solving and conflict resolution skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in similar client- facing software consultancy roles.
Ability to manage expectations, negotiate with clients and navigate complex priorities.
Strong business analysis experience, with pre- sale or client consultancy exposure preferred.
Organizational skills for managing product scope, priorities, and client discussions.
