Product Owner Agile/Scrum for AI/ML Project

Zyneric Solution is a software outsourcing company specializing in research and development of mobile applications, games, and web platforms for international markets.
Job Description:

Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI principles
Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and development, providing clear direction.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams: business analyst, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, developer and quality control to align on product goals.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analyze feedback to improve product strategy.
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals.
Stay updated on AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Work with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure outcomes of AI deployments.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and actionability for the development team.
Create detailed user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria to guide product development.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand- ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Evaluate AI model performance and ensure continuous improvement in alignment with KPIs and ethical standards.

Required experiences and skills

Experience with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.).
User- centric mindset with a passion for great products.
Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring
Proven experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics projects
Analytical mindset with a focus on data- driven decision making
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast- paced tech environment.
Fluency in English
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and ability to turn complex business problems into clear product plans.
Excellent prioritization and decision- making skills using data- driven insights.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Min 7 years of experience in PO role.
