Product Owner (AI Product)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and coordinate sprints with the development team using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience.
Collaborate with the Sales team to build and execute the Product Marketing strategy
Create and manage the product backlog, define user stories, and provide detailed requirements for the development team.
Work closely with the AI, BE, FE team to optimize chatbot capabilities.
Monitor, evaluate product metrics, and propose improvements.
Work directly with the CEO to define product strategy and development roadmap for AI product
Analyze the market, research competitors, and collect customer feedback to guide product development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of the B2B SaaS market is a plus.
Passionate about AI technology and believe in AI&039;s potential to transform customer experience.
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Continuous learner, ready to take on new challenges.
Character traits
University graduate.
Strategic thinker with a practical approach to execution.
Experience working with chatbots or conversational AI solutions is a significant advantage.
Experience & Skills
Adaptable to a dynamic, fast- paced startup environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for technology products, particularly in AI/ML products.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate teams effectively.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
