Product Trainer /Chuyên Viên Huấn Luyện Sản Phẩm

Content Development: Create and update training materials, including user manuals, presentations, quick- reference guides, and videos.
Other assigned task from Line Manager.
Training Delivery: Deliver the product training to sales, marketing, customer service team and related people ensuring sufficient & up to date information.
Technical Expertise: Maintain deep, up- to- date knowledge of the Company’s product line and industry trends.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and surveys, making continuous improvements to content.
Needs Analysis: Evaluate learner skill levels to identify knowledge gaps and define training requirements. Manage and analyse the monthly and quarterly product sales report for Business Head. Analyse the customer needs and market trend to identify the product plan that match business requirement and generate the sale opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication both English and Vietnamese.
Work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues
Strong negotiation, planning & forecasting skills
Familiar with IT products and technology (laptop, desktop, monitor, peripherals) & well understanding and experience in sale/marketing for notebooks, desktops, digital displays, projectors, workstations, servers, IT and IoT solutions. Pre- sales experience in ICT & server is advantages
Ability to work under high pressure and fast working environment
Minimum 03- year experience in the same position or in similar position
Proficiency in office applications
Logical, ownership, positive work

An IT Hardware Product Trainer designs, develops, and delivers technical training programs on hardware devices (servers, networking gear, laptops, peripherals) to employees and customers. They create manuals and multimedia materials, conduct needs assessments, and ensure technical proficiency to enhance product adoption and troubleshooting skills.
