• Organize inspection and control of food safety and hygiene during preliminary processing
• To push staffs to complete assigned tasks
• Assign shifts, arrange human resources, ensure enough personnel to operate the department&039;s operations
• Organize and control the process of receiving goods and preparing food at the kitchen
• Responsible for controlling food quality and input materials, ensuring food hygiene and safety
• Implement and control fire prevention and labor safety work in the area managed by the department
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef/Head Chef
• Directly prepare foods and dishes that require high technology
• Check the department&039;s purchasing proposals, ensuring cost savings and proper approval authority
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to update goods, especially during peak season, always ensuring supply and quality
• Receive customer feedback, and work with the Chef/Deputy Chef to come up with solutions to overcome errors.
• To directly train staffs, develop their professional skills
• Participate in food preparation as assigned by the Head Chef
