Production Line Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Control and be responsible for the operations of the Huhtamaki (Vietnam) to achieve planned product level and consistently good quality at optimum cost.
Ensure production and capital works are planned, developed and implemented on time and within budget.
To execute all activities on the production line toward “safely producing the high quality products and complying with legal requirements”

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Liaisons with inter departmental manager for the implementation of quality improvement projects.
Ensures that factory organization culture and employee relations are supportive of long- term business strategies by effective, open two- way communication and feedback regarding business issues.
Ensures: The efficient and safe operation of production facilities, and A hygienic and orderly work environment is maintained
Leads staff to achieve productivity, quality and service objectives as delineated in agreements.
To plan and control the expenses of activities, materials ( Raw & Non- Raw) Machines, and Manpower to meet the agreed budget.
Identifies specific opportunities for product quality improvement.
Ensures performance meets product quality requirements.
Implements team portion of annual human resources (HR) plan.
Develops, implements and drives action plans to achieve stated departmental business and personal objectives.

Experience: 5- 7 years
