Mô tả công việc

Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, process optimization).
Enforce workplace safety, chemical handling, and 6S discipline.
Prepare production performance reports and improvement proposals for management review.
Support production planning and execution in line with customer orders and capacity.
Monitor key production KPIs: productivity, on- time delivery, scrap rate, rework rate, customer complains.
Support cost control initiatives related to labor, materials, energy, and chemicals.
Coordinate between production, maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality or process issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Technology, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision- making capabilities.
Over 7 years of experience in textile / dyeing / sewing thread manufacturing.
Continuous improvement mindset, good analytical, problem- solving
English communication skills: Good
