Production Manager

Position: Production Manager

Responsible to oversee daily operations at workshop &/ office
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g project managers, commercial manager, clients, subcontractors, HR etc) to ensure operational excellence.
Manage a team of production staff, provide guidance and support
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation processes are in place
Monitor and analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement

Required English writing and speaking as mandatory.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures in the industry.
