Production Manager (Garment)

Dream Job Alert! $3,000/month salary awaits! We&039;re hiring a Production Manager (Garment, ID17857) for a foreign investment company.

Oversee the full production cycle: knitting, linking, mending, stitching, steaming, washing, and finishing.
Develop, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets.
Manage daily production schedules, workforce planning, and machine allocation.
Ensure timely production while maintaining quality standards and optimizing productivity.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and labor regulations.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
Track and control WIP (Work in Progress); collaborate with IE, QA, planning, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective/preventive measures.

Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Good English communication skills and computer literacy.
Strong knowledge of sweater production processes (flat knitting, linking, washing, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in sweater production, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Production Management, or related field.
