Production Manager

- Lead a team of 6 Team Leader and 60 production operators;- Oversee daily production operations to ensure output meets production plans, schedule, quantity, quality, and delivery commitments;- Coordinate manpower allocation and workflow to optimize productivity within the assigned area;- Lead and guide production team leaders; support training, performance monitoring, and workforce development;- Ensure compliance with quality requirements; initiate corrective actions and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement (Lean, 6S).- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime;- Ensure adherence to SOPs, EHS regulations, and workplace safety standards;- Monitor and analyze key KPIs (defect rate, labor efficiency, productivity, safety performance) and report performance results;- Maintain 6S standards and promote cost control through efficient resource utilization and waste reduction;- Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production flow and on- time delivery;

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field;- At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with experience in sheet metal fabrication and electromechanical assemblies;- Strong leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills;- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6S is preferred;- Good English communication skills in an international working environment.

- Thử việc 100% lương- Làm 24 công- Lương cơ bản từ 7tr trở lên- Thưởng chuyên cần mỗi 6 tháng là 200.000 đ, 1 năm là 400.000 đ- Phụ cấp mỗi con nhỏ dưới 9 tuổi là 100.000 đ- Thưởng quý 3 tháng/ lần
