Production Merchandiser - Nhân viên theo dõi đơn hàng sản xuất

Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Merchandiser with expertise in textile sublimation printing to manage the end- to- end merchandising process.
The role involves coordinating between buyers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Timeline Management: Track production schedules and ensure on- time delivery.
Production Coordination: Liaise with planning, production, QC and shipping to ensure smooth workflow.
Problem- Solving: Address production challenges such as color mismatches, fabric shrinkage, or delays.
Order Management: Handle buyer orders from approved sample to bulk production.
Documentation: Prepare production sheet documentation and tracking report updating

Education:

Diploma in Printing Technology or related field acceptable with strong experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 1- 3 years in textile or garment merchandising

Skills:

Excel expertise for order overview and production sheet.
Good command of English.
Analytical ability for order tracking.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Working time:

Monday – Friday: 08:00- 17:15.
Shuttle bus from HCM, Bien Hoa – Office (Long Thanh).
