Production Planning & Control Officer

Support S&OP and MPS meetings by preparing planning reports and summaries.
Maintain accurate planning data in SAP/Excel and ensure all related documentation and files are properly updated.
Follow up on material shortages, delays, and production issues; propose and coordinate corrective actions.
Prepare and update daily/weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales orders, forecasts, and priorities.
Ensure planning activities comply with company SOPs and ISO/IMS requirements.
Monitor production progress and ensure on- time completion of finished goods (FGs).
Track and analyze key planning KPIs, including plan vs. actual, output, backlog, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing & Materials, Product Development & Innovation, and Quality & Compliance teams to ensure material availability and proper planning of mock- ups/samples as well as warranty/repair items.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
1–3 years of experience in production planning (factory/manufacturing environment preferred).
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Good coordination, communication, and follow- up discipline.
