Production Planning Engineer

Train employees on safety, processes, and job skills; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Track production progress and promptly resolve issues to maintain the schedule.
Coordinate with related departments to improve quality, productivity, and on- time delivery.
Ensure production meets delivery timelines and customer quality requirements.
Manage and utilize production resources effectively (manpower, machines, equipment).
Plan and monitor production schedules based on customer orders and the Master Plan from Customer Service dept.

Good teamwork and coordination with cross- functional departments.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Good understanding of production processes, planning, and scheduling.
Computer skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience working in a foreign manufacturing company is a plus.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem- solving skills.
Language: Good English communication (written and verbal).
Positive attitude, continuous improvement mindset.
At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Familiar with lean manufacturing, inventory control, and improvement tools.
