Position Objective:
• Control and ensure the product quality.
• Drive Continuous improvement within quality organization.
• Support Quality system, lesson learns for new launches.
• Coordinate, correct and prevent the product quality problem returned by customer.
Position Scope
• Under the direction of Production Quality Manager, to ensure adequate quality of products are available to meet inspection and testing requirements based on regular and customer requirements, Production Planning, Test Center, and Human Resources.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:(Main Activities)
• Actively involved in phase 4 of APDS project, working together with Project Quality.
• Conduct appropriate activity such as quality audit, quality workshop to prevent quality problem.
• Verify a process release process during trial new model/engineering or process change.
• Communicate with all relevant staff to get support as needed.
• Maintain good employee relations, which include appropriate responses to employee’s needs and training.
• Lead problem solving process to eliminate root causes of nonconforming products for both customer and internal concerns. Ensure problem solving activity are effectively managed & close.
• Implement and maintain Autoliv Standard.
• Manages internal supplier issues.
• Actively involved in Zero Defect Workshops.
• Make Quality Status Report by monthly as well as data analysis.
• Actively involved in PFMEA Go, See & Fix in serial production and identifies risks.
• Stop production to correct quality problems.
• Maintain good housekeeping- 5S. Environmental and Policy Deployment.
• Maintain and follow up the Close Loop Corrective Actions.
• Coordinates the disposition and hold of all suspect products.
• Supports implementation and maintenance of local and global Yokoten actions and lessons learned
• External failure cost control by quick containment actions in the event of customers claims.
• Establish ln- process Quality for customer requirement.
• Support an internal audits, customer audit and third party audits.
• Conduct appropriate MSA analysis to qualify a measurement system in production line.
• Implement Statistical Process Control at key process characteristic (based on requirements).
• General assignment required by Production & Customer Quality Manager.

• No repeat problem (effective problem solving).
• Zero critical quality issue (CAT- A)
