Production Quality Specialist (Soft Equipment Team)

Key Responsibilities
Industrialization
• Optimize the first production batches to meet quality and technical
standards for mass production.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing production processes.
• Support factories in improving production efficiency.
Quality Management
• Coach and train supplier quality teams to meet expectations.
• Monitor and control product quality during production and before shipment.
• Enhance the quality management systems of suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with standards and local regulations on quality, safety,
environment, toxicology, and social responsibility.

Requirements
• Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
• Detail- oriented with a data- driven mindset.
• Willingness to work on- site frequently (3–4 days/week) in Phu Tho – Hung Yen.
• Business- minded and result- oriented, with the ambition to expand your scope of
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proven skills in supplier management and quality system management.
• Passion for sports — experience in hiking, camping, or trekking is a plus.
