Managing production quality, capability, and productivity from the pre- launch stage throughout production and EOP.
Managing effective production planning, manufacturing, in- process quality, efficiency, TPM, and delivery to meet customer’s demands without the extra cost of expeditions.
Leading continual improvement, preventive action, and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, and efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives.

Ability to work independently
Bachelor in engineering is required
Quick- mind, strong decision- making (take response on personal decisions)
Show a strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
At least 3 years at the same position or 7 years of experience as Production Supervisor position
Ready to work in a highly competitive environment, tight schedules & deliver stiff targets
Good at English- 4 skills.
