Production Senior Staff

Job Summary
Ensures production targets through quality, efficiency, and safety compliance
Supervises and coordinates production processes from raw materials to packaging.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress.
Ensure process compliance and stable operations.
Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage.
Drive continuous improvement in FeMo production.
Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development.
Ensure in- process quality control and compliance with the standards.
Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain FeMo production documents.
