Operations Management
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Packing Assistant Manager to join our Packing Department. This role will support the Packing Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost objectives across 5 packing lines with approximately 100 employees.
· Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily packing operations to meet production targets.
· Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and GMP standards.
Performance & KPI Control
· Analyze production data and implement corrective actions.
· Monitor and improve KPIs: OEE, Yield, Cost Saving, Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
People Management
· Manage and motivate supervisors, shift leaders, and operators to achieve departmental goals.
· Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Continuous Improvement
· Lead Lean and 5S initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
· Collaborate with technical teams for process improvement and automation projects.
Resource Allocation
· Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Reporting
· Prepare and present operational reports to management.

Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and decision- making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Working hours: Office hours (Monday–Saturday), willing to work overtime when required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, packing, or related fields, with proven team management experience.
Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Good command of English (basic communication in 4 skills).
Scope: 5 packing lines, approx. 100 employees.
