Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Editing and Post- production: Edit videos with appropriate transitions, music, and graphics to create professional- quality outputs.
Event Recap Production: Film and produce engaging recap videos for events, workshops, and company milestones.
Filming and Photography: Capture photos and videos as required, including program events, photoshoots, promotional content, and internal activities.

Retouch and color- correct photos to ensure consistent brand standards.

Content Management: Organize and archive raw and edited visual assets systematically.
Collaboration: Work closely with the MarCom, Design, and Event teams to understand production requirements and deliver on deadlines.
Stay up to date with new techniques and trends in video production and photography.
Equipment Handling: Maintain and operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in using professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, audio recording gear).
Good eye for composition, color, and storytelling in visual media.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
College or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proactive, creative, and detail- oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) or Davinci Resolve.
