PRODUCTION STAFF / NHÂN VIÊN QUẢN LÝ SẢN XUẤT

Set production target and carry out product quality improvement and productivity according to board of director command
Support and supervise production staff to organize and assign a duty for employees in workshop
According to production plan of planning dept, supervise production process and ensure production amount same as plan
Monitor machines and equipment in workshop
In case new production staff recruited, responsibility of supervisor is train and follow up them at least 2 months
Perform work as required by direct superiors
Get monthly order information from Plan section then discuss and support production staff to make detail plan
Make training plan for members in worKshop follow up this training plan
Monitor and follow up daily, weekly plan for workshop
Supervise inventory checking and report made by production staff to Accounting Dept in the early every month
Manage the Production Staff’s control raw material from warehouse and semi product store at workshop
Control quality in manufacturing procesess, ensure quality meet customer request
Support production staff to find reason and take countermeasures when NG product occurres at worshop (get defect report from QA section)
Support production staff to find reason and take countermeasures when receive claim from customer about non- conforming product occurres at workshop
Control 5S and safety in workshop

Good at 4 skills English
Skill in human management, good at Computer using
At least 05 year experience in production control position
College or University (technical major is preferred)
