Production Supervisor

Assist in developing and formulating new vermicelli products and process improvements.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency with R&D formulations and parameters.
Assist in shelf- life studies and sensory evaluations of new and existing products.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Provide technical support for process troubleshooting and scaling up from lab to production.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies.
Collect and analyze data from experiments and prepare technical reports and documentation.
Conduct small- scale and pilot- scale production trials for product and process validation.
Evaluate raw materials for suitability, quality, and cost- effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in food product development, preferably vermicelli production.
Analytical and problem- solving skills.
Good communication and report- writing skills.
Ability to work in a team- oriented and fast- paced environment.
Ability to communicate in English.
