PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE:

Lead the development of new products with a strong understanding of customer requirements in design, process, and quality by coordinating with the project leader and cross- functional teams to ensure on- time delivery of qualified products, providing support in design, process, and problem- solving, and preparing and reviewing the technical team’s PPAP deliverables.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Managing effective production planning, manufacturing, in- process quality, efficiency, TPM, and delivery to meet customer’s demands without the extra cost of expeditions.
Leading continual improvement, preventive action, and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, and efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives.
Studying overall production capacity, identify bottleneck (constraint), and apply I.E. techniques to maximize productivity with optimum level of resources.
Designing production floor layout, material flow, time study, line balancing, labor, WIP standard, line supply plan, shelves, trolleys, in plant boxes, and bins for each process to achieve Lean Manufacturing target each year.
Managing production quality, capability, and productivity from the pre- launch stage throughout production and EOP.
Ensuring effective implementation and conformity with company business operating procedures and customer requirements, industry standards, laws, and regulations.
Implementing and conforming to company business operating procedures, customer requirements, industry standard, laws, and regulations.
Periodically validating standard time, identifying the gap and inputting the update standard time in ERP for business reporting and further estimation.

Good English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or higher.
Knowledge 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) and 7 QC tools (4M, checksheet, control plan...) and Root cause analysic methods.
Familiar with fomular in production as Productivity, Efficiency, OEE, bottle neck, line balancing and etc.
Good Microsoft Office skills..
Prefer experienced candidate with manual process manufacturing.
At least 3 years of experience at the same position is required.
