Position Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees our production operations. You’ll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows, the goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for supporting and maintaining all policies of the company including Health and Safety requirements and supervising and maintaining housekeeping in accordance with 5S principles. Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor. Ensure GMP, BRC and other government Standards are being met, Continuous Improvement, and standard work procedures are followed. You should also be able to optimize day- to- day activities while minimizing costs.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Ensure to meet receiving, production, shipping plan.
Develop and maintain effective relations with all company employees at various levels of the organization.
Report down time and any problem in the plant in time. Report immediate to the superior on issues related to productivity, output, workload etc.
Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions.
Other assignments if required by Department Manager, Factory Manager.
Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Ensure training/instruction is performed for new employees and effective.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, and equipment.
Ensure the products meet quality and food safety standards.
Ensure compliance towards safety regulations at all lines. To ensure safety regulation adheres at the workplace.

Qualification, Competencies Requirements:
Key Soft Skill: English skills: Good communication; Proficient with Microsoft skills excel report; Outstanding time management skills; Excellent communication.
Key Behavioral/ Leadership Competencies: Good people management skills; Identifying problems and implementing preventative strategies to minimize risk; Strong problem- solving skills, analytic ability, and very detail oriented.
Skilled management and organization
Education: Graduated from College or University majoring in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related field.
Experience: Having 2- 3 years of experience in production supervision and in the Food Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Key Technical Competencie: Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production process, understanding production processes, GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC is advantageous.
Working conditionals:
Working place: ICD Tan Cang, Tien Nga Warehouse B07, Tan Cang Hamlet, Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City.
Dynamic working environment.
Salary reviews 1 time/year.
Training opportunities for both soft skills and professional skills.
Working time: From Mon to Sat, required to work in shifts and overtime according to production plan.
13th salary bonus & KPIs Performance Bonus (1- 3 months).
