Production Supervisor

This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing production data of current models to propose improvements for new models; coordinating with the R&D department during the process of testing, evaluating, and refining products. At the same time, this position ensures the proper calculation and arrangement of production lines, implements process standardization for new models, and improves productivity, quality, and production cost optimization.
Panasonic Appliances Vietnam (PAPVN) is looking for one member to join the Factory Engineering Team.
Main responsibilities are as follows:
- Support automation and smart factory initiatives.
- Plan and arrange production lines to optimize capacity and implement standardized operations (MOST system).
- Collaborate with R&D to develop new products, propose improvements, and enhance product quality while reducing operation time.
- Prepare QCFC and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Work with Production, QA, R&D, and PE teams to investigate issues, implement improvements, and reduce costs.
- Analyze current production processes and data to identify improvements for new and existing models.
Depending on experience, the candidate may be considered for an Assistant Manager role.
