PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (NEW JOB)

Control the product’s quality of each line
Effectively control the operation of each line, following the production arrangement and machine layout
Training and development of backup line managers
Make sure the production capacity keeps up with the rated capacity from the Engineering department.
Co- ordinate with related departments to improve cable production technology
Supervision of product deployment for the plastic project
Other tasks at the request of the manager.
Oversees technicians and workers in the department

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the electrical/electronics industry is preferred.
Knowledge of measuring instruments is an advantage.
Good at communication, problem- solving, fluent in commercial English.
Analytical, synthesising, and reporting skills
